Final interest rate and loan pricing will be determined by the Loan Originator’s review of your complete financial profile. Interest rate pricing changes daily, sometimes multiple times a day with immediate effect which may result in delays posting to this site. Qualification guidelines and other adjustments based on certain loan characteristics may also influence final rate. Additionally, changes may occur during the transmission of a lock request and Imperium Mortgage LLC neither makes any guarantees nor assumes any liability for market rate changes from the time of request to actual lender’s final lock confirmation. Interest rates cannot be locked until all the following conditions are met; (1) a fully complete application, (2) credit report retrieved, (3) a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator’s review, and (4), the client’s expressed consent.
